As President, North America & Global Creative at The Talent Business, I partner with CEOs, founders and boards to appoint C-suite and senior leaders across brands and agencies, with a focus on creative, marketing and business leadership.

I bring more than 25 years of experience at some of the world’s most respected creative agencies, with a career spanning the US, UK and Australia. Working across talent, creative operations and business leadership has taught me how much the right person can change a team, a culture and a business.

Originally from California, I’m now based in New York.
